SUPPORTING THE MISSION OF ARTHROPY

December 3, 2024

Enjoy this full production from the brain of Creative Director Tiara Nicole displaying the Arthropy (formerly Poetry for Personal Power) mission “Using art to show that emotional distress is temporary and transformative”.

The Arthropy Art-A-Thon is a 2-hour arts and mental health/wellness event hosted live and highlighting the work of artists who have had experience with trauma or mental distress.

Arthropy has always asked the question “What do you do to overcome adversity?” This event will be no different. We have encouraged participants within the art community to submit their lived experience through a variety of art forms with stories of mental distress, encouragement, and information with intent to highlight mental health and its impact when it is unaddressed.
