why work with Arthropy?

Arthropy (formerly Poetry for Personal Power) is a nationally recognized advocacy organization with a positive internal culture. We serve communities in multiple states and encourage our employees to network and build opportunities for themselves through our connections. We believe the better our employees are the better we will be as an organization.

As a mental health and arts organization, we believe in the importance of wellness for our employees and offer various options for healing and growth. We promote health and wellness through our activities and empower our employees to do the same for themselves.

At Arthropy, we offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits options with a focus on providing choice when it comes to physical, emotional and financial wellness.

We are a culturally competent organization. We work beyond diversity and inclusion to create a culture that embraces and learns from differences organically while providing the public with the same knowledge.
